Cancellation and Reservations:
FREE rate

- When booking the FREE rate, cancellation is free of charge until 18:00 on the day of arrival, to guarantee the reservation after 18:00 on the day of check-in, the hotel will request a deposit for the first night. Except during the period from 2nd July to 18th September, when cancellation is free of charge up to 5 days before the arrival date. After this period, one night will be charged.

- During the period from the 2nd of July to the 18th of September, a deposit of the first night will be requested through a secure Reduniq link, by bank transfer or by MBAY. This deposit is only refunded if the customer cancels within 6 days or more of arrival. If you cancel within 5 days or less of arrival, the deposit will be retained.

- In cases of no-show (no show) the deposit made will not be refunded.

SMART Rate

- Non-refundable in case of cancellation or no-show. Rescheduling available.
Low season (from 01/01 to 07/01 and from 09/19 to 12/31): Reschedule free of charge until 6pm check-in.
High season (02/07 to 18/09): Reschedule free of charge within 5 days of check-in.

Payment of the total amount at the time of booking through a secure Reduniq link, by bank transfer or by MBAY.

Special offers have specific cancellation policies, so they should be consulted individually.
All prices mentioned include VAT at the prevailing rate.


Children and extra beds:

- Children up to 4 years: free stay
- Cot reservations are on request and subject to availability confirmation


Others :
- Check-in time 4:00 pm
- Check-out time at 11:00 am
- Pets not allowed
- Non-smoking hotel (except in authorized areas)

- Free parking at the hotel

- Bachelor/bachelorette parties: The Patio Suite Hotel is not a recommended venue for these events, as they will not be allowed

- All guests must bring their identification document, including children.
